Job Description
We are hiring a Home Care Scheduler for a 0.9 FTE position at ProHealth Home Care & Hospice in Pewaukee. The scheduler will be responsible for coordinating staff and patient assignments, accurate scheduling, and registering patient information into the Epic system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related scheduling and/or health care experience preferred
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
