Role Overview

Join Addus HomeCare and help older adults and individuals with disabilities live safely and independently at home. As a driven, organized, and compassionate Service Coordinator, you'll lead the charge in scheduling caregivers, ensuring top-quality service, and conducting in-home visits.

What You Will Do

Create work schedules, manage client schedules, provide alternate coverage, contact care providers and clients, conduct client wellness calls and home visits, and supervise direct service employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of Industry experience
  • 2 years of office and scheduling experience preferred
  • Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program
  • Reliable transportation
