Role OverviewThe Home Care Service Coordinator will lead the charge in scheduling caregivers, ensuring top-quality service, and conducting in-home visits. They will be the go-to problem solver, juggling schedules, supporting field staff, handling client updates, and keeping care plans on track.
What You Will Do
The Service Coordinator will create work schedules, provide alternate coverage, contact care providers and clients, conduct monthly client wellness calls, and conduct home visits as required. They will also provide thorough follow-through on escalated client complaints and theft claims, supervise direct service employees, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of Industry experience
- interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Scheduling program
- bilingual - Spanish
- valid driver's license to complete in-home supervisory visits
