Role OverviewThe Home & Community Based Services Supervisor provides leadership to a team focused on providing the best care possible in a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) setting. The supervisor will guide the team in fulfilling the mission of empowering people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life. The role involves keeping updated records, making decisions in compliance with rules and regulations, and implementing services that emphasize individual choice and decision making.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include team leadership and development, team culture and on-call responsibility, operational and resource management, compliance and documentation, and person-centered advocacy. The supervisor will also participate in an on-call rotation and provide short-notice coverage when needed.
