What You Will Do

Field inbound and outbound calls, set up home delivery scheduling appointments, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve customer challenges.

• Customer service experience
• Possess poise, confidence, and passion to interact with high-end customers
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort navigating across multiple systems

• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented
• Communicate effectively; strong listening, verbal, and written skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and mandatory overtime as needed
• Must pass a background check
