What You Will Do
Provide personal care support, assist with mobility and transfers, prepare meals, support medication self-administration, monitor patient condition, and document care provided.

Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- 1 full year of caregiving experience within the last 2 years, performed for a licensed agency under RN Supervision
- Willingness to complete competency and skills assessments
- Ability to follow written care instructions and document services
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism with vulnerable populations
- Ability to work independently in home settings
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to complete background screening and onboarding requirements
