Role OverviewBAYADA Hospice is seeking an experienced CHHA for a full-time opportunity to complete hospice visits to clients in Ocean or Monmouth County, NJ. As a Home Health Aide, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary health care team providing home health aide, skilled nursing, and palliative care to clients.
What You Will Do
Complete hospice visits, assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, range of motion/exercises, transfers, oral feeding, vital sign checks, home management tasks, and medication assistance.

Requirements
- at least one year of work experience
- listed on the NJ Aide Registry, active and in good standing
- pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- have a criminal background check completed
- meet all state requirements
