What You Will Do
Provide personal care support, assist with mobility and transfers, prepare meals, and monitor patient condition. Travel reliably to patient homes and assigned visits across your service area.

Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Active HHA or CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Willingness to complete competency and skills assessments
- Ability to follow written care instructions and document services
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism with vulnerable populations
- Ability to work independently in home settings
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to complete TB testing, background screening, and onboarding requirements
