Requirements

  • Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate or ability to pass a Home Health Aide competency test
  • Valid CPR certification or willingness to get CPR certified upon hire
  • Previous HHA experience is a bonus—but not a requirement
  • Ability to read, follow care plans, and document services accurately
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
  • Kind, dependable, and compassionate
