Role OverviewJoin a fast-growing home health team providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes. As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent — while building meaningful relationships every day.
What You Will Do
Assist with personal care, support mobility, provide meal prep and feeding assistance, give medication reminders, and maintain a clean and safe home environment.

Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- 1 year of caregiving experience (within last 2 years) under RN supervision
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in patient homes
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Willing to complete background check & onboarding
