What You Will Do
Provide personal care support, assist with mobility, prepare meals, support medication self-administration, and document care provided according to company and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Active HHA or CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Willingness to complete competency and skills assessments
- Ability to follow written care instructions and document services
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism with vulnerable populations
- Ability to work independently in home settings
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to complete TB testing, background screening, and onboarding requirements
