Role OverviewThe Home Health Aide provides direct personal and supportive care for home care patients on an intermittent or hourly basis, based on physician orders. The role requires the ability to be self-directed and quality focused, with interpersonal communication skills being a necessary function.
What You Will Do
Reviews and performs tasks as defined on the personal care plan of the individual patient, including direct assistance with activities of daily living, bathing, toileting, obtaining vital signs, intake and outputs, weights, transferring, provides facial shaving, oral care, hair care and dressing.

Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant - Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 1 year of experience
