Role OverviewThe Administrator / Director of Operations – Home Health provides strategic and operational leadership for the home health agency. This role is responsible for clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff leadership, and patient outcomes, while driving growth and maintaining the highest standards of care.
What You Will Do
Provide overall operational and clinical leadership for home health agency operations, ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and company policies, drive census growth through referral management and market engagement, and lead budgeting, financial performance, and productivity management.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN, PT, or OT license

- Bachelor’s degree with training and experience in healthcare administration
