Role Overview

Develop and grow referral relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities, promoting the agency in the local market.

What You Will Do

Identify, prospect, and cultivate new referral sources, maintain existing relationships, and execute sales and marketing plans to grow census and market share.

Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships, strong communication and follow-through skills, and local market knowledge are required.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of sales, marketing, business development, liaison or referral development experience
  • Home health (or Hospice) sales experience required
  • Healthcare service sales experience required
  • Outside referral development experience strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required
