Job Description
PruittHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide basic skilled nursing care to home health patients in Griffin, GA. The LPN will work under RN supervision and be responsible for providing care and interventions to patients, monitoring and documenting progress, and communicating with the patient care team.
Requirements
Basic nursing care and interventions to home health patients
Knowledge of home care and competency in nursing for specific patient care skills
Monitoring and documenting patient progress
Communicating with RN supervisors and patient care team
Completing documentation timely and accurately
Meets agency productivity standards and utilizes time and resources effectively
Participates in center/agency surveys and mandatory in-services
Follows established safety regulations and procedures
Maintains current license, certification, and clinical records
Ability to be self-directed, prioritize, and manage time appropriately
