Job Description
This position works under the general supervision of a physician, advanced practice provider, and/or nursing leadership to provide experienced para-professional nursing skills in treatment, care and safety of patients. Works within their scope of practice as defined by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program from approved school of nursing.
  • 1-2 years of post-high school education.
  • LVN) LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE by Board of Nurse Examiners for State of Texas
  • BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT
  • DRIVERS) DRIVERS LICENSE TX Driver's License and proof of driver's insurance
