Role OverviewOur home health care agency is rapidly expanding, and we require a home health nurse. A home health nurse will be responsible for patients of all ages. They will educate, treat, and provide emotional support to their patients in order to help them recover from illnesses and injuries.
What You Will Do
The primary goal is to focus on the needs of the patients. Coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals about their patients' needs. Assess patients’ conditions and chart observations. Administer medication prescribed by the patient’s Physician.

Requirements
- Sharp eye for detail
- Strong communication and patience skills
- Friendly and compassionate
- Ability to carry at least 30 lbs.
- State registered nurse license required
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- 2+ years’ experience in the nursing field
- Independent and good time management skills
