Adara Home Health offers a fulfilling Home Care career as a Home Health Occupational Therapist with flexibility and the ability to manage your own schedule. The Occupational Therapist plans and provides skilled occupational therapy services to clients in their home, requiring a valid license, at least 2 years of experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Currently licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota
  • Graduate of AOTA approved school of occupational therapy and currently certified by the AOTA to practice occupational therapy
  • At least 2 years experience in a health care setting or equivalent experience
  • Certification with National Board of Occupational Therapy strongly recommended
  • Strong interpersonal communication and teaching skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
  • Proof of negative mantoux or documentation of negative chest x-ray
  • Current CPR certification recommended
  • U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit
  • Background studies and screenings
