Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist, PRN to organize and conduct medically prescribed therapy programs in the home/daycare center to restore function to patient.

Requirements

  • Undergrad degree
  • 1 year One to two (1-2) years of experience in occupational therapy
  • BLS (BASIC LIFE SUPPORT) certification, course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • Valid Texas Driver's License, proof of driver's insurance
  • Current licensure as Occupational Therapist
