Job Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our dynamic homecare team in Nashua, NH. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and at least 2 years of therapy experience. Competitive pay rates and a generous benefits package are offered.

Requirements

  • Develops interventions to support goals of therapy and restore maximum function and strength promoting optimal health and minimal pain.
  • Evaluates results of physical therapy by evaluating by observing, noting, and evaluating patient’s progress; recommends and implements adjustments as needed.
  • Completes patient admission to agency’s services after thorough review of medical records.
  • Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge designing and instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs.
