Job Description
UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Physical Therapy and a valid Texas driver's license. The job duties include directing and aiding patients in exercises, providing instructions, and adapting physical therapy techniques for patients with special needs.

Requirements

  • One (1) to two (2) years in Physical Therapy
  • (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • (CPRAED) CPR AED course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • (DRIVERS) DRIVERS LICENSE Valid Texas driver's license
  • Proof of driver's insurance
  • (LPT) LIC PHYSICAL THERAPIST
