Requirements

  • Organizes and conducts medically prescribed therapy programs
  • Directs and aids patient in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and functional training
  • Provides instructions in therapeutic procedures
  • Adapts conventional physical therapy techniques to meet the needs of patients
  • Maintains patient records and charts
  • Responsible for monitoring delivery of physical therapy services
  • Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Program
