Job Description
Home Health Physical Therapist position at Adara Home Health offers a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and various benefits based on full-time eligibility. The Physical Therapist will work with clients in their homes, providing 1:1 care and managing their own schedule. This is a full-time or part-time position with a heavy to very heavy physical demand.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota
  • At least two (2) years experience in a health care setting or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication and teaching skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
  • Proof of negative mantoux or documentation of negative chest x-ray
  • Current CPR certification
  • U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit
  • Background studies and screenings
