Job Description
Adara Home Health offers fulfilling Home Health Care careers to professionals looking for flexibility and the ability to manage their own schedule. The Physical Therapist plans and provides physical therapy services to clients in their home in accordance with the Plan of Care and the company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota
  • At least two (2) years experience in a health care setting or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication and teaching skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
  • Proof of negative mantoux or documentation of negative chest x-ray
  • Current CPR certification
  • U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit
