Requirements

  • Physical Therapist plans and provides physical therapy services to clients in their home
  • Administers physical therapy evaluations and develops the Plan of Care
  • Provides physical therapy treatments, procedures, evaluations, and diagnostic tests for clients
  • Instructs and supervises PTAs, and HHAs when appropriate
  • Maintains absolute confidentiality of all information pertaining to clients, families, and employees
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
