Job Description
UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide technical assistance in administration of physical therapy treatment to patients. The successful candidate will work under general supervision to provide physical therapy services for patients in strict compliance with plan of care developed by professional physical therapist.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a two-year program for Physical Therapist Assistants, which meets standards established and approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current BLS certification, course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
  • PTA license, Upon Hire
  • Valid Texas Drivers License and proof of insurance required Upon Hire
