Job Description
Adara Home Health is hiring a Home Health RN Admission Nurse to provide client care in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role requires strong relationships with referral sources, travel to client homes, and the ability to manage a variety of assignments while establishing priorities. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a health care facility or home care field and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Requirements

  • Currently licensed as a R.N. in the state of Minnesota
  • Have at least two (2) years experience in a health care facility or home care field
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates ability to make appropriate clinical judgements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; interpersonal communication and teaching skills
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
  • Understanding of Medicare certification and OASIS documentation experience required
  • Ability to manage a variety of assignments while establishing priorities and assuring that necessary duties are completed
