Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Home Health RN Case Manager for the DFW area. The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care, conduct comprehensive assessments, and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited nursing program
  • 2 years of RN experience with 1 year of adult IV expertise
  • Valid Texas driver's license, proof of driver's insurance
  • BLS accreditation
  • InterQual and TMF care criteria knowledge (preferred)
