RN Case Manager at Anew Home Health, responsible for delivering patient care through nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and supervising Home Health Aides and LPNs.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN licensure in the state in which services will be provided.
  • One (1) year of home health care experience preferred.
  • One-year supervisory/management experience with direct care staff preferred.
