Job Description
As a Clinical Manager at CenterWell Home Health, you will lead a team of clinicians who deliver compassionate, high-quality care in the home setting. You will guide clinical practice, coordinate patient services, and ensure excellence in every step of the care journey.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse
  • Proof of current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in home-based care required, including home health, hospice, and/or palliative care settings
