Job Description
The Registered Nurse Preceptor is responsible for mentoring and orienting professional and unlicensed client care personnel, overseeing home health services, and performing comprehensive client care and case management. The role involves building and maintaining respectful relationships with others, collaborating with clients and healthcare teams, and ensuring quality standards of care are met.

Requirements

  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Minnesota
  • Proof of negative TB testing
  • Access to a dependable automobile
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of current car insurance
  • Have U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit
  • Disclose any conviction and criminal history records
  • Pass initial and ongoing background studies and screenings
