Role OverviewConcierge Home Care is hiring an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor. This is a unique leadership opportunity for an RN who enjoys mentoring clinicians, supporting clinical excellence, and maintaining a manageable patient caseload.
What You Will Do
Conduct co-visits to train and support field clinicians, lead clinical onboarding and orientation sessions, complete competency evaluations and skill validations, provide ongoing mentorship and clinical guidance, and perform patient assessments, OASIS documentation, and care planning.

Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
- Minimum 2 years of home health experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare OASIS documentation
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
