Role OverviewAs a Home Health SOC RN, you will provide skilled visits to patients in their own homes, addressing their full scope of needs and helping them overcome real challenges and make meaningful progress in their daily life and recovery. You will work independently, making clinical decisions and using your expertise to its fullest. You will also have flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and less pressure.

Requirements
- Current license with the state Board of Nursing
- 1 year of nursing experience (home health and OASIS experience preferred)
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity (heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing)
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
