We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Healthcare Manager (RN) to join our team at Senior Healthcare Service Company. The Home Healthcare Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our home healthcare services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in a home health setting
  • Experience working with frail, elderly, or medically complex senior populations strongly preferred
  • Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Knowledge of value-based care models and interdisciplinary team (IDT) collaboration
  • Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States
