Role OverviewSupport daily operations of the campus by providing flexible assistance across residential homes and youth programs. Assist with day-to-day household operations, support Youth Activities staff, and maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment.
What You Will Do
Serve as scheduled coverage in homes, assist with cleaning, meal preparation, organization, campus projects, and other operational needs to ensure continuity of care and support for residents.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Experience in childcare (preferred)
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications
- Proficiency in general office equipment operation
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills
- Must be willing to reside on campus in housing provided
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license
- Must be available for travel needed
