STCU is seeking a Home Loan Servicing Representative I to provide exceptional support to members and internal teams in the servicing of mortgage and home equity loans. The role involves managing loan inquiries, escrow accounts, and general loan maintenance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and credit union policies.
Requirements
Deliver exceptional support to members and internal teams by professionally responding to mortgage and home equity servicing requests.
Mitigate loan loss risk and maintain collateral integrity by ensuring accurate title and Deed of Trust maintenance.
Ensure accurate home loan servicing operations by completing quality control audits and processing third-party disbursements.
