Job Description
As a Home Marketing Consultant at Northrop Realty, you will provide staging consultations to homeowners, communicate with agents, and coordinate virtual tour shoots. You will also create property brochures, verify MLS listings, and maintain accurate files for transactions. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Experience in real estate, residential design, or product marketing preferred
  • ASP certification a plus or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
