Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our Home Office Claims Department with property and casualty claims matters. In this role, you'll work closely with in-house attorneys, Claims personnel, outside counsel, and business partners to coordinate legal processes, manage litigation support activities, and ensure Claims-related matters are handled accurately and efficiently.
What You Will Do
Provide litigation management support for pre-litigation and civil litigation matters involving the Company. Gather, organize, and distribute litigation-related documents and information to attorneys, Claims personnel, outside counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- Paralegal degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent certification
- Minimum of five years of paralegal experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience utilizing Westlaw legal research tools
- Ability to learn and become proficient in various online applications, databases, and the Company’s claim system
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential business and personnel information
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with attorneys and business partners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
