Role OverviewThe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a growing home care branch. This role requires a highly autonomous and hands-on leader who can effectively manage competing priorities, improve operational workflows, support a newer team, and help drive census growth while maintaining quality care and client satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Operational Leadership: oversee daily home care operations, implement and improve workflows, ensure operational processes are organized and compliant. Team Leadership & Development: lead and support administrative office staff and field caregivers. Compliance & Quality Oversight: ensure compliance with state regulations, EVV requirements, and company policies.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership or operational management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and lead with minimal oversight
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
