Confie, a leading insurance broker, is seeking a Homeowners Insurance Specialist to help individuals and families protect their homes. The role involves selling and servicing homeowners insurance policies, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales and retention goals.

Requirements

Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
2+ years of experience in homeowners / property insurance (sales, servicing, underwriting or policy quoting)
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
