Job Description
Be the hands-on hero of our community as a Home Technician, responsible for the comfort, safety, and happiness of our residents. Perform a wide range of minor repairs in homes and facilities, including general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • General knowledge and skills in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repair
  • Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge, particularly email, and the ability to create legible written reports
