Role OverviewAs a HOPE Youth Mentoring Caseworker, you will coordinate and implement the HOPE Youth Mentoring Program, working with adult mentors, youth, and families to provide support and supervision. You will also be responsible for recruitment, training, and supervision of mentors, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and case management.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include recruitment and screening of adult mentors, support for mentors, supervision and support of existing matches, and public presentations about HOPE to groups for recruitment purposes.

Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher
- Relevant professional experience with youth and families
- Prior experience with volunteer management
- Valid NYS Driver's license
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent verbal/written skills
- Ability to work in Windows, Microsoft Office, and multiple online software platforms
