Role OverviewThe Horticultural Quality Control & Training Technician will assist with plant care, customer service, and internal communication. The role requires a strong knowledge of interior plant identification and care, as well as excellent customer service skills.
What You Will Do
The technician will assist with cleaning and pruning plants, replacing topdressing and cleaning containers, and identifying and promptly informing the supervisor of account problem areas. They will also fill-in for plant technicians during vacations, sickness, etc.
