Job Description
Drive measurable referral growth through strategic relationship development with physicians, hospitals, and key referral partners, while expanding access to care and connecting more patients to services they need.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in hospice sales or a related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth in direct sales
  • Establishing and maintaining professional and effective relationships with internal and external teams
  • Proficient in using Microsoft programs for internal and external communications, presentations, database tracking/reporting, and spreadsheet applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, travel locally, and work under some stressful conditions to meet deadlines and patient needs
