Job Description
Drive measurable referral growth through strategic relationship development with physicians, hospitals, and key referral partners. As our Hospice Account Executive, you will own territory expansion, execute targeted outreach strategies, and cultivate partnerships that expand access to care and connect more patients to the services they need.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in hospice sales or a related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth in direct sales
  • Establishing and maintaining professional and effective relationships with internal and external teams
  • Proficient in using Microsoft programs for internal and external communications, presentations, database tracking/reporting, and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Self-directed and possesses the ability to work with little supervision
