Hospice and Home Health Care Administrator

Requirements

• Perform the duties of an Administrator as defined by regulatory agencies
• Collaborate with Tabitha and Immanuel leadership to maintain partnerships
• Provide leadership to assigned agencies through system development and implementation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Represent Tabitha and Immanuel in community partnerships
• Maintain current knowledge of regulations and laws applying to Home Health and Hospice programs
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets
• Direct TEAMembers in performance of their duties
• Develop and implement marketing plans for contractual agreements
• Participate in community and related activities to promote services and philosophy
• Assure the development, implementation, and evaluation of record systems and statistical reporting systems
