Role OverviewThe Hospice Care Consultant provides education and awareness to the hospice benefit, developing and maintaining relationships to access eligible patients. They assist in establishing organization volume projections, initiate marketing initiatives, and conduct market assessments. The role requires establishing and maintaining positive working relationships, educating facilities and families, and providing leadership in strategic planning.
