Role OverviewAs a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in a hospice setting. Working under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with terminal illnesses and supporting their families during difficult times.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with activities of daily living, ensure their comfort, and provide emotional support to both patients and their loved ones.

Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent G.E.D.
- Current and unrestricted license in the State of Washington as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Current CPR Certification with Basic Life Support (CPR/BLS) from an accredited provider.
- Completion of Blood Born Pathogens Training
- Washington State Food Worker Card issued by the Department of Health
- Ability to lift, move, and assist patients up to 50lbs (or more with assistance)
- Comfortable with frequent travel between patient homes and facilities.
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Available to work evenings, nights, and weekends as part of the on-call rotation.
- Available to work holidays.
- Passing a pre-employment drug test, which includes cannabis testing in WA State.
