Role OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Clinical Services Manager to oversee the clinical operations of our hospice program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing leadership to a team of healthcare professionals.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, provide leadership and supervision to the clinical team, evaluate and assess patient care plans, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
