Role OverviewEnhabit Hospice Nursing Aides assist with various personal care issues for hospice patients and instruct patients' family members on basic health-care routines. They consult with supervising registered nurses and keep the hospice team apprised of patients' progression and families' needs.

Requirements
- Must meet one of the following requirements: 1) have a minimum of one year full-time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility); 2) have one year experience within the last five years in direct client care in a home health or hospice setting.
- Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must complete training, competency evaluation in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Must possess CPR certification
